Cantonment Board Morar has taken an initiative for providing rain water harvesting system in the Cantonment Board office and Cantonment General Hospital. Rain water coming from its roofs is collected through pipes and connected to existing dry bore-wells with installation of rain water harvesting kit for raising water level to nearby bore-wells as well as area around the Cantonment Board office and Hospital.
A 100 feet flag pole with National Flag in the premises of Church situated in New Cantonment is inaugurated today i.e. 26-07-2017at 11:30 AM on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas by the Maj. General. Shashikant Singh, PHD, GOC Purva UP and MP Sub-Area, Cantonment BoardPresident in presence of Chief Executive Officer Shri C. Dinesh Kumar Reddy, Elected and Nominated Members, Army Officers, office staff of Cantonment Board, and general public of the Cantonment.
