A Ride to Himalayas

Two IDES officer, Kedar Burande, currently posted as DEO Allhabad and Subrat Pal currently posted as CEO Dehradun Cantt took their passion for motorcycling to new heights by riding to Mana Pass on Indo-China Border and various other Himalayan heights. They started on 18th April on a four day ride spanning over 800 KM with their Royal Enfield Thunder Bird 500 and Royal Enfield Desert Storm 500 motorcycles.

Day one: Dehradun-Rishikesh-Rudraprayag-Chamoli-Joshimath
Day Two: Mana-Joshimath
Day Three: Joshimath-Chamoli/Gopeswar-Chopta-Ukhimath
Day Four: Ukhimath-Rudraprayag-Rishikesh-Dehradun

The journey was an endeavour to celebrate the spirit of motorcycling, adventure and love for mountains. This also celebrate the organisational spirit of IDES....to remain on the forefront in every field
