Land Acquisition Act, 1894-Section 30-apportionment of compensation-tenant and landlord –factors to be taken into consideration that Govt lease for 99 years. Govt initiated acquisition proceedings under the Act.  Tenant in possession of the property – held in view of the fact that the tenant had enjoyed the lease for a period of 18 years, apportionment of compensation in the ratio of 60% and 40% to the tenant and the landlord respectively would be proper. Tenant was not entitled to any compensation if Govt had terminated the tenancy in terms of the lease.
